‘Ulema are the Heirs to Anbiya
– Sunan Abi Dawood (Sahih by Allamah al-Albani رحمة الله تعالٰی)
Shaykh Saleh al-Fawzan حفظه الله تعالٰی
“Trials and tribulations are like a flood there is no rescue from it except by holding fast onto the guidance and example of the Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ, and it is not possible for you to hold fast onto the guidance and example of the Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ unless you are acquainted with it.”
Shaykh Rabee’ al-Madkhali حفظه الله تعالٰی
“Maintain steadfastness in the Islamic practice of virtue, morality, and manners. Cultivate truthfulness and exemplary conduct within yourselves, and show respect for scholars and people of virtue, as well as for one another.”
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen رحمة الله تعالٰی
“We didn’t appear in this worldly life to live in it like grazing animals and merely eat, drink and sleep. Rather, we came to this dunya (the worldly life) in order to prepare provisions for the hereafter.”
